Jessica didn’t say a word.

“I get it.” Jessica gave a small nod, but her mind was already racing with plans. There was no way in hell she was
going to apologize to Jack.
Should she ask her dad for a couple of bodyguards? But if she did that, her dad would want answers—and once
he found out what had happened today, she could kiss her stay at Melvin’s place goodbye.
