Chapter 455
Yolanda didn't care how angry Harold and Diana were. She made her way to the counter, picked up the snuff box
with its broken cover, and announced, "I'll pay the eight million dollars."
Yolanda whipped out a bank card and asked, "Since I've paid for this snuff box, it belongs tonow, right?"
"Yes, it belongs to you." Edna smiled icily.
Snuff boxes with broken covers were worth less than a million dollars. Yolanda's willingness to pay eight million
dollars for that had brought great profit to her shop! "Where did you get so much money, Yolanda?" Harold
barked.
Henderson Group wasn't doing well the past two years, and their annual profit margin was a mere ten million
dollars, twenty at most. It shocked Harold immensely for Yolanda to casually whip out eight million dollars like
this.
"Did you steal from us?"

"Honey, we don't even have that much money on us for her to steal. | think she had asked Mr. Savage to give her
money," Diana responded worriedly.
If Priscilla knew how much money Yolanda had taken from Gavin, she would flip!
"I thought you were just lazy and unmotivated, Yolanda. | didn't think you would be
so shameless like this as well. You've only known Mr. Savage for such a short tand you've taken eight million
dollars from him!
"You've brought shto us Hendersons!" Harold could barely catch his breath as he yelled at Yolanda.
"If you use this money, I'm not going to give it back to you. When the Savages cand ask you for this money,
let's see what you're going to do then!"
Yolanda glanced apathetically at Harold, turned around, and pestered Edna to hurry.
"Hurry up. Bring the contract along as well. I'm rushing for time."
Edna was certainly very glad to complete the purchase. She quickly got the card machine and contract over and
passed them to Yolanda.
In the meantime, Harold and Diana repeatedly distanced themselves from Yolanda and declared that they would
not pay the eight million dollars back to Yolanda, which she didn't mind at all. "Don't worry, you'll never need to
pay for this."
Yolanda signed the contract, paid the money, and took the snuff box with her.
"Things between us are settled. You can leave now. Be more careful the next tyou go out.
"Proper antique shops like ours only carry authentic items. If you ever knock over something and break it the
next time, you might not be able to afford to pay the compensation!"
Harold merely felt very ashamed that he had been scammed eight million dollars out of nowhere. He felt like
people were laughing at him, and if he could dig a hole and crawl in it, he certainly would.
At the stime, he also knew that Edna was exaggerating. Even antique shops in the city wouldn't dare
declare that everything they had in their shop was authentic. And this was merely an antique shop in a small
town.
Edna only picked on them because they looked too gullible.
"Do you need this cover wrapped up as well?" There was a victorious smile on Edna's face as she asked Yolanda
casually.
"No need," Yolanda replied as she threw the snuff box on the floor.
The snuff box shattered with a bam against the cement floor.
"You fool! You stupid, money-wasting idiot!" Harold was so mad he nearly had a heart attack.
Even though snuff boxes without covers weren't worth as much, that one was still worth at least one million
dollars. However, Yolanda had just broken it, so that potential one million dollars was gone just like that!
