Chapter 470
"Who do you think you are to want to check my bag?" Yolanda responded coldly.
"I slapped you because | want to teach you a lesson. Next time, when you feel your mouth itch as you have the
urge to stir up trouble, remember this slap."
No one expected Yolanda to suddenly throw hands with Skylar.
"How dare you slap my girlfriend?" Paul snarled and leaped toward Yolanda. He wanted to tackle her and give
her a few slaps to avenge Skylar.
However, before he could pounce, Yolanda kicked him away, hard.
Paul yelped as his body crashed painfully on the side of the couch. He couldn't get up for a long while even after
struggling.

There was a pin-drop silence in the living room.
Paul was a grown man and usually, it would be an easy feat for him to beat Yolanda up if he wanted to.
However, Paul was just like a scarecrow in Yolanda's eyes. He was weak. He couldn't take a blow from her.
Harold, Diana, and Yvonne couldn't hold back their shocked expressions. Why did they not know that Yolanda
could fight so well?
"From today onwards, | have no ties at all with the Henderson family. You're on your own now." Yolanda glanced
at everyone else. They all looked flabbergasted with their mouths open. Yolanda left the Henderson residence
without the slightest hint of hesitation.
"Ridiculous! Absolutely ridiculous!" Alice had only mustered the courage to help Paul up after Yolanda had left.
"Harold, Diana, my son got beaten up out of nowhere. | cannot just let this go like this!"
Harold looked at the door with a complicated expression on his face and was silent for a long while.
Why did the Yolanda from just now seem so different from the timid, useless Yolanda he once knew?
Did Yolanda repent from her wrongdoings and work really hard while she was in the juvenile detention center for
the past three years?
If that was the case, did he miss out on anything?
Harold couldn't put a finger on what he was feeling at the moment, but he knew he didn't breathe a sigh of relief
like he should have when he chased his useless daughter out of his home.
On the other end, Diana's face was so stormy it was distorted. Yolanda had left, but she left her with a pot boiling
over with trouble. She crossed Skylar, and ultimately, it was the Henderson family who had to pay for her
wrongdoings.
"Don't get angry yet, Alice. I'll teach her a lesson when | get a chance to." Diana forced a smile and turned to
Skylar.
"Ms. Sheriden, you're the most merciful and gracious person | know. Please don't mind that useless piece of
trash. I'll make another booking in the private suite of Crystal Palace so | can treat you to a meal as my apology."
Skylar might have endured a slap from Yolanda and felt very angry and unwilling, but Yolanda had already left.
She had no other choice. "You can arrange it."
Then, she made her way to Paul and asked with concern, "Are you okay, Paul?" "I-I'm okay..." Paul felt like he had
been run over by a truck. One slight movement would hurt him, but in the face of Skylar's concerns, Paul was
moved.
"Don't worry. No one would dare bully you when I'm around."
"Is anyone home?" Suddenly, a flurry of footsteps was heard at the door. A group of five uniformed young men
had walked in.
Tyler Rockwood, the leader of the team introduced himself. "Hi, I'm Tyler Rockwood of the Southly Precinct. Is this
Ms. Yolanda Henderson's home?"
"It's not any longer!" Diana replied with a huff. "We've chased her out of this house and signed an agreement to
sever all ties. There is no Yolanda Henderson in the Henderson household!"
