"Really?" Yolanda raised an eyebrow with interest as she replied. "Is that so?"

She was genuinely curious now about who Brenda's backup would be. She had met most of Riverdale's

influential figures by now. If this was someone new, it would be an interesting introduction.

"Hmph, you're still acting tough." Brenda grew angrier upon seeing Yolanda's calm face. She was confident that

once her people arrived, Yolanda would be begging

for mercy.

Five minutes later, a few cars pulled up around them.

"Brenda, are you okay?!" A woman jumped out of one car and rushed toward Brenda. Meanwhile, thuggish-

looking men in work clothes emerged from the other vehicles. They were all carrying wooden clubs with mean

expressions on their faces.

Yolanda had been quite unconcerned until she saw the woman running toward Brenda. Her expression shifted

slightly. What a coincidence.

"Yolanda... this..." Sharon was shocked. She realized this situation had just becmuch more complicated.

She never imagined Brenda's backup would be from the Henderson family. If Brenda was calling that woman

"Aunt Diana," that meant she was talking to Yolanda's mother, Diana. Having caused trouble between Yolanda

and her cousin, Sharon did not know what to do.

She panicked as she did not know Yolanda had cut ties with the Hendersons. Though Yolanda had been the one

to hit Brenda, this whole thing started because of her. She had gotten Yolanda into family trouble.

"I'm so sorry, | had no idea she was your relative..." Sharon tugged at Yolanda's sleeve. "Letapologize to her

and Mrs. Henderson!"

"Stay put." Yolanda grabbed Sharon's arm. "It doesn't matter who she is. She hit you first, and she'll face the

consequences."

Yolanda knew Diana had a sister who had married and moved away. She rarely visited Riverdale, so Yolanda had

no memory of Brenda. They had either never met or had met when they were too young to remember.

"Brenda, what happened? How could they hurt you like this?" Heartbroken, Diana touched Brenda's swollen face.

Though Diana had only met Brenda a few times, they were still family. Seeing that Brenda was injured, Diana

rushed to check on her and did not even notice Yolanda. She had no idea that her niece had been hit by the very

daughter she had just thrown out of the house.

"Aunt Diana, you have to help me!" Now that she had backup, Brenda pointed at Yolanda and Sharon accusingly.

"Those bitches attacked me!"

"Yolanda?" Diana followed Brenda's finger and paled. "Why are you here?"

Missing Diana's change in expression, Brenda glared at Yolanda and Sharon arrogantly. "Now that my family's

here, are you going to kneel and apologize or what?"

She held her head high as if she felt invincible with her backup. "Apologize tofirst before paying up. You're

not getting out of either!"

Yolanda looked at Diana's shocked face and the crowd of Henderson family members. Then, she smiled a little.

"Why don't you ask her if she dares to makekneel and apologize?"
