Brenda raised her hand to strike Sharon again, but this ther arm was caught mid-swing by Yolanda.

"Yolanda, you're here!" Sharon's eyes lit up. She felt more confident now. Yolanda gripped Brenda's arm and

shoved her back forcefully, causing her to stagger backward.

"What happened?" Yolanda asked Sharon. She ignored Brenda as she spoke. "Did she slap you?"

"She rear-ended me. My car's barely damaged, so | did not plan to get the police involved. But she's demanding

money..." Sharon explained helplessly. "She even had the nerve to say she's not afraid of the police!"

Sharon had called Yolanda for help as she was worried that Brenda might have spowerful connections.

"What can you do besides call for the police, you pathetic thing?" Brenda sneered after regaining her balance.

Seeing that Sharon had only called one person for backup, she beceven more arrogant.

"Called for reinforcements, did you? | thought you'd bring someone impressive, but you just brought another

worthless nobody. Are you both going to kneel and apologize, or are you two going to take out a joint loan to pay

me?"

Before Brenda could say another word, Yolanda slapped her hard across the face twice. "I don't waste words on

people with filthy mouths. | let my actions speak instead."

The slaps left Brenda seeing stars. Even her lip was bleeding where she had bitten it.

"I'll kill you!" Brenda was stunned. She was used to bullying others, but no one had ever dared to hit her. When

she recovered from her shock, she lunged at Yolanda. "I'll kill you, you bitch!"

The sight of Brenda's long nails made Sharon nervous. Even though she knew Yolanda could handle herself, she

could not help shouting, "Yolanda, watch out!"

Before Sharon could finish her warning, Yolanda had already kicked Brenda away. The kick sent her crashing onto

the hood of her Mercedes.

"Ah!" Brenda screamed as she struggled to get up from the hood. Pointing at Yolanda, she snarled, "You... you're

finished..."

Though she tried to sound threatening, she kept her distance as she was clearly afraid of another beating. "Do

you have any idea who | am? Things are over for you this time..."
